If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a product purchased directly from us or from an Herbalife Independent Distributor, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for either a full refund or an exchange. To begin the return process, please contact us at info@herbalfituk.com to request a Customer Refund Form and the return address.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to request a replacement within 30 days of receipt. Simply reach out to us at info@herbalfituk.com, and we will provide the return shipping address. We will also cover the shipping costs for returning the faulty product and sending you a replacement.

Lost or Stolen Return Shipments

Please note that HerbalFitUK cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or stolen in transit. For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service that includes insurance, tracking, and delivery confirmation when sending items back.

Return and Exchange Processing Times

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, refunds or exchanges are usually processed within two business days. Kindly note that there may be a short delay between the delivery of your return to the warehouse and our official confirmation of receipt.
